I found this recipe through @xomissdanielle on instagram, and thought it’d be the perfect cozy dish to try over the holiday break. The only snag was that when we ordered the ingredients for it with instacart, they were out of stock of gnocchi. Luckily though, they were out of single potatoes (for a different meal) and our shopper replaced those with a bag of potatoes, and we ended up with enough to make gnocchi from scratch! And when I say “we” I mean Mike lol.
It was all delicious! Would definitely make the recipe again. Only change would be to include the bacon in the soup rather than save it on the side as a topping. 🙂
