Had soo much fun connecting with old friends, making new friends, and just generally geeking out about fantasy worlds and characters. 💖 I can’t remember the last time I felt so safe and supported in such a large crowd (thank you @fabledfantasyevents!). Romantasy fans are truly the best!!
This weekend has also been a sort of personal milestone for me. With long covid, I’ve needed to make lifestyle adjustments that include getting 9.5-10 hours of sleep every night. With a packed con schedule, sharing a hotel room, etc, I honestly wasn’t sure I’d be able to physically make it through the weekend. But wow I made it through and enjoyed every second of it!! I’m still paying for it a few days later – I’m so tired I’ve been constantly on the edge of (mainly happy) tears hahah – but it was completely worth it and I’d do it all again in a heartbeat ♡
