I made a dress!~ I got this pink corduroy from my mom’s stash, borrowed her sewing room, and finally had an excuse to try out the Bardon Dress pattern by @elbe_textiles / @peppermintmagazine (a free pattern available in up to 53″ bust). ♡
I made it in size C and only ended up shortening the straps a bit, and taking about 3″ of length off each tier because my legs are so short hahah.
These boots have been sitting in a closet at my parents’ house for at least 10 years, and I’m so glad I still have them haha (not gonna lie, I definitely got them after seeing kyary pamyu pamyu wearing them in a music video 😂)
The original inspiration was this dress from Asos – I haven’t shopped there in years, but in a fit of desperation to find cute clothes that fit me, I browsed their site. And the ONE item of clothing I liked was sold out in my size. 🥲
