My first jelly cake! I’ve been lusting after the cakes by NÜNCHI on instagram, and decided to give it a try myself.
The top layer is chrysanthemum tea jelly (tea from Chado Tea), bottom is almond jelly, and it’s topped with dried marigold petals from Old Town Spice Shop. ♡ I used wayyyyyyy too much agar agar in this recipe so the cake ended up a little too tough hahah. The instructions that came with the agar recommended 1 tbsp per cup of liquid which I since learned is not a good ratio. It still tasted delicious though!
