My second try at milk bread! Very proud of how the sections peeled apart in the video below haha.
My mom’s been following some recipes from 萨姐的南腔北调Lisa’s Kitchen and shared their youtube channel with me. I wanted to bake milk bread over the holidays this year and they conveniently had a video just for that. 🙂 I followed it almost exactly, except that I added a bit more (whole) milk than the recipe called for, but I think that was more to do with the type of flour I was using and less to do with the recipe.
Below is my first try from May 2019. Definitely an improvement in fluffiness this time around I think!
